California Budgets on Steroids

Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger has submitted his
revised budget. This proposed $145.8 BILLION will be his fourth budget and has ballooned beyond belief. The budget prior to his election was $99,143,404,958 according to the
California Final Budget Summary. After recalling Gray Davis to try to bring some sanity to Sacramento Arnold has grown government....wait are you sitting down?....his four budgets have grown a disgusting 47%!
How in the world is this possible?

This just goes to show that the more money politicians take, the more they will spend. We should be swamped with billions of excess tax dollars, but the politicians can ALWAYS spend faster than they can tax.
